• You faced difficulties in installing the template or getting it to perform basic functions, despite following the instructions.
• You have contacted our support team and allowed us to resolve your issue before requesting a refund.
• If a refund is approved, you agree to deactivate and uninstall the template from your site.

Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and will not cover currency exchange differences.

Non-Eligible Refund Requests

A refund request will be denied if:

• You simply change your mind after purchasing.
• The template did not meet your expectations but works as described.
• You purchased by mistake or no longer need the template.
• You lack the technical knowledge to use the template.
• You claim a refund without providing valid reasons or supporting information.
• You can no longer access the template because it was removed (we advise downloading immediately after purchase).
